Unfortunately the Cockermouth classes on Thursday night are now cancelled due to falling numbers.

Carlisle classes will now be taking place every THURSDAY at ZEYTIN, 4 - 10 Lonsdale Street - please see below for further information.

Every Wednesday with the Salsa Silhouette team at Penrith Conservative Club, Crown Square, Penrith CA11 7AB

Please use the side entrance and car park at the rear of building.

Beginners - 7.45pm to 8.30pm
Improvers - 8.45pm to 9.30pm
Social practice dance follows until 11pm.

Please allow 5-10 minutes overlap as some lessons may overrun.

Every Thursday , Amanda and the Salsa Silhouette Team will be holding classes at the Zeytin Bar and Restaurant, 4-10 Lonsdale Street, Carlisle CA1 1DB

Brand New Beginners - 7.30pm to 8.15pm
Improvers - 8.30pm to 9.15pm
Social practice dance follows until 11pm.

Partners not necessary.

Admission:

£6.00 for the classes and social.
