About Amanda

Amanda has been dancing Salsa for the last six years and having passed her Salsa exams in March 2006 is now a fully qualified UKA Accredited Teacher (United Kingdom Alliance of Professional Teachers of Dancing).

Amanda travels the country extensively attending Salsa workshops. This allows her to keep abreast with new ideas, update her music and improve her teaching techniques.

Amanda is also training to become a Latin Amercian dance teacher and hopes to complete her exams by the end of this year. This complements her teaching methods incorporating ladies’ styling with good lead and following techniques.

The emphasis at Amanda’s lessons is quality teaching from total beginners to improvers/intermediate level to have fun, socialise and reduce stress while keeping fit.
